Refund Policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in it's original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at shipping@furparentessentials.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please Note: Items bought during a sale are not eligible for returns. 

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund upon inspection. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.   

Please Note: Items bought during a sale are not eligible for refunds. 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at shipping@furparentessentials.com to request an exchange. You may replace with same item or an item of equal value.
